Return Eligibility
Contact service@lavrenni.com within 14 days after delivery. Items should be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and included components.
Approval Process
Do not send merchandise before receiving return instructions. We may refuse items showing wear, alteration, missing components, or damage caused after delivery.
Refund Timing
After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was ours.
